Return & Refund Policy

Cat eye Kart is committed to providing you high quality products.

You can return Contact Lens products to Cat Eye Kart under the pre-described Return Policy:

1. Cat eye kart Return policy will be valid for 7 Days all Contact lenses other than Daily disposable and Contact Lens Solution purchased via Cat eye Kart.
2. Cat eye Kart shall not accept Daily disposable lenses and Contact Lens Solution once sold (in combination and otherwise)

 DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION:

1.1 You can return Contact Lens products to Cat eye Kart under the pre-described Return Policy laid down by the company.

1.2 07 Days Return Policy will be valid for all Contact lenses other than Daily disposable and Contact Lens Solution purchased via Cat eye Kart..

1.3 This means company shall not accept Daily disposable lenses and Contact Lens Solution once sold (in combination and otherwise)

1.4. In case of Return (Within 7 days) the product needs to be returned in unworn condition, with the sealed outer packaging intact.

1.5  Incase packaging is worn out or torn Cat eye Kart shall not refund or replace the product.

1.6  Cat eye kart shall reship the product back to the customer.

1.7 Cat eye Kart shall not be responsible for customer purchasing wrong power Contact Lenses or if there is power change after purchase.

1.8  Eyeglass power and contact lens power differ and Cat eye kart  shall not be responsible for wrong power selected by the customer. 

1.9 one-time replacement will only be issued if there are clear defects in material.

Note: Our warranty doesn’t cover damage and/or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

1.10 The Company will make the delivery on a ‘best effort’ basis after acceptance of Your order. Subject to events beyond the Company’s control, the Product/s will be shipped within 7 days of the acceptance of the order.

1.11 The Company will communicate the dispatch details to You and will ship the Product/s to the mailing address provided by You while placing the order. If you do not receive the Product/s within a reasonable period of time, You should immediately notify the Company.

1.12 The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in case the order request is not acceptable to the Company. Upon such cancellation, the Company will refund the money to You. Any such cancellation shall be at the sole discretion of the Company and You will have no right to contest the same. The reasons for cancellation could be due to non-availability of the Product/s, in accuracy in Product or pricing information or due to reasons of any fraud or wrong usage of payment mechanism adopted by You. Any cancellation will be intimated to You by the Company.

 Warranty SOP Criteria

2.1  No Manufacturing Warranty is available for Contact Lens Products.

2.2  Cat eye kart  shall only follow a 7 days return policy under T&C.
